Who we are
SIA "Skrubis" is a Riga cleaning company founded in 2008. Since then we have done the same work — keeping grounds and interiors in order — and we have not tried to become something else.
Our clients are car park operators, business centre managers and property managers. They are people who need the site to be in order every morning and not to have to think about it.
How we work
We always survey the site before signing a contract. Only then do we put together the task list and the price, not the other way around. That is how we avoid the situation where half the work turns out to be “outside the contract”.
The machinery is ours, and most of our staff have been with us for years. In practice that means the same people come to your site, and they already know it.

One of our longest-standing clients is the car park operator EuroPark, whose sites in Riga we have maintained for many years, in summer and in winter conditions alike.
