We sweep car parks, access roads and pedestrian areas regularly with our own machinery, adding hand work where the machine cannot reach. We start at 5:00 every day, including Saturdays and Sundays, so car parks and entrances are clean before tenants, staff and visitors arrive.

Winter maintenance
In winter we work to the weather, not to the clock. Snow clearing is not limited to office hours — we come out early in the morning, late in the evening and at weekends when it snows. Snow is cleared before the working day starts, icy areas are treated against slipping, and snow piles are hauled away once they start taking up parking spaces.

How quickly do you come out after snowfall?
In winter we work to the weather, not to the clock. We come out early in the morning, late in the evening and at weekends so the site is clear before the working day starts.
Is the price higher in winter than in summer?
No. An annual contract has a fixed monthly fee covering both summer and winter work. The budget stays the same all year, including through a snowy winter.
Do you haul the snow away from the site?
Yes. We remove snow piles once they start taking up parking spaces or getting in the way of access.
What machinery do you work with?
The sweeping and snow equipment is ours. That means there is no waiting behind a subcontractor, and we are responsible for keeping the machines in working order.
How is the price calculated?
We survey the site in person, free of charge and with no obligation. The price depends on the area, the type of surface and how often the work is needed. You get a fixed monthly price in writing within one working day.
Which parts of Riga do you cover?
We work across Riga and the surrounding area. If the site is outside Riga, tell us the address and we will see whether we can fit it into a route.
Winter is a legal duty, not just a convenience
Keeping the pavement clean and free of ice is the owner's or property manager's responsibility. We come out after the snowfall, not the next working day — the site is clear before people arrive at work.
