Surface preparation and compaction
We put right areas that are not yet surfaced but are already in use: we level the surface and compact the ground with a roller so it does not sink after the first heavy rain.

For access roads, temporary car parks and service areas we lay gravel or milled asphalt — considerably cheaper than a new asphalt surface.

We create green areas where they are missing and maintain the ones already there. For car parks we paint parking bays and signage so the site gets used the way it was planned.

Can this work be ordered separately from a cleaning contract?
Yes. You can order it as a standalone job, even if you do not have a cleaning contract with us.
How much cheaper is a gravel surface than asphalt?
A gravel or milled asphalt surface costs considerably less than new asphalt and can be built faster. We show the exact difference in the quote once we have surveyed the site.
When can parking bay markings be painted?
We paint markings in the warm season, when the surface is dry. Paint does not hold in winter, so this work is planned in advance.
Do you prepare an area that has not been asphalted?
Yes. We level the surface and compact the ground with a roller so it does not sink after the first heavy rain.
